Key Production Responsibilities

1. Capacity & Order Management

  • Capacity Optimization: Ensure optimal utilization of all production lines to consistently meet the stated daily production capacity for all elastic, tape, and cord products.
  • Scheduling: Manage detailed production schedules for all orders, strictly aligning manufacturing steps (weaving, knitting, finishing) with client lead times and delivery deadlines.

2. Quality Assurance & Materials

  • Quality Control (QC): Guarantee that all manufactured items (e.g., JACQUARD ELASTICS, TIPPING) meet established textile quality standards and fulfill specific customer requirements.
  • Material Supply: Maintain robust control over the raw material supply chain (yarns, rubber threads, etc.) to ensure zero disruption to capacity targets.
  • Efficiency: Implement measures to continuously reduce waste and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency across all production units.

3. Technical & Product Development

  • Maintenance: Oversee regular maintenance of weaving, cording, and finishing machinery to preserve continuous high-volume production capacity.
  • Innovation: Manage the technical development of new accessory designs and products (e.g., specialized cords and tapes) in response to market trends and client specifications.
  • Color Matching: Ensure stringent control over dyeing and color processes for all accessories to achieve perfect consistency and adherence to required color standards.
